Hi everybody.. Again!
These last weeks have been very busy because there was the event of the year the “N22 Open Studios”. There were over 100 artists opening their doors and several exhibitions of painters, print-makers, photographers, designer-makers, jewellers, sculptors and ceramists. It was amazing!
Obviously the days before we had to work very hard and I have been immersed in the events’ world.
First of all, we had to update and correct the website. It was very interesting looking after different artists’ lives and backgrounds and choosing their best works to show online together with the most important experience of their life.
Secondly, we had to insert all the news about others events on going throughout the month.
Then we advertised the event on all websites in London that could immediately put the advert online.
Finally, and probably the most profound part of the preparation, has been helping women’s from the international project “Create your future” which displayed their hand made creations. We helped them setting up the rooms for the exhibition during the event and they were very proud of their reached goals.
After all we could fully enjoyed the event last weekend. In every room the artists were waiting for you with some snacks and such fascinating stories about their creations, inspirations and lives. There were dance classes, musicians playing their best songs and short interesting films.
It was a special weekend and we have been totally immersed in the art world.
