After 2 months from the start, I’m beginning to understand the features of Uk food&beverage market.
I can say that I’m learning a lot of things but not enough (I think it will be a long process).
Me and my host entrepreneur visited his clients, organized an event and after that I proceeded with the follow up, we meet some Italian companies in London and we took part to an Italian fair.
During that we met a lot of excellent food&beverage Italian companies that want to export here in London and I hope we could help them, we’re writing some proposals for them.
Moreover we are organizing another event in September, like a competition between several Italian chefs that will cook some traditional Italian recipes. At the same time we’ll promote some products from different Italian Regions and I hope to take part in this..!!
