In these days I had the opportunity to actively contribute to organize an important tasting event with more than 30 Italian food&beverage companies involved from Abruzzo, Campania and Puglia.
This was attended by importers, distributors, agents, media, Italian delicatessen and restaurants.
I also helped to organize the pre-event meeting with the Italian delegation, with the aim to explain the work carried out.
I managed relations with Italian companies and with the stakeholders in London so it was really interesting to compare both roles. This was new for me because I always had relations with Italian producers.
Moreover I worked to organize orders of sample for tasting, to contact media and pr in order to assure their attendance to the event.
I hope to organize many more events like this!
