Good day everybody.

I the last period, I’ve learned that gelato and sweet pastry combination is outstanding, thanks to the Erasmus program. In Italy, I’ve learned that people do enjoy the gelato paired with all different types of sweet pastry. A large variety of toppings is used as well to make this combination even more fantastic.

Also, my most recent experiences I’ve learned the production of some amazing gelato varieties like Bacio, Tiramisu, Stracciatella. I would like to point out that in the Republic of Moldova these types of flavors are not produced and marketed. From my point of view this is a terrible thing because these types of gelatos are unique and rich in flavor. I would like to take a moment and thank the Erasmus program for this beautiful experience.
