During my last three weeks at Fyne Ales everyone had to work very hard to prepare everything for the upcoming festival. I had to brew and rack to make sure to have all the beer we needed for our thirsty visitors, and in the spare time, I helped to set up bars and taps. Three intense, exciting weeks!
The festival itself is been amazing. Plenty of people, great atmosphere, and a lot of friends. I had the chance to meet some amazing British brewers who spoke during tasting panels we organised; it has been fun and interesting!

Straight after the festival, I manage to have a very interesting collaboration brew with my friend Emily from Tennessee: we brewed a 100% Brettanomyces IPA that is now fermenting happily. I can’t wait to try it.
My experience at Fyne Ales is been incredibly helpful and fun: I learned so many things and I had the chance to work with a great and experienced team. I can’t thank them enough.
