Hello, my name is Dumitru and I am very happy and grateful for the experience that I am earning in the country that can be called the home of Gelato ice cream: Italy.
The program Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs gave me the opportunity to learn and to see in practice how to manage a Gelato type of business. What I see and learn here, is giving me the confidence and courage to start this kind of business in Moldova.

The technology of producing gelato ice cream, the sorbetto type (fat free) 2. The methods of freezing and storage of the final product 3. One-day visit at the only University of Gelato in the world (University of Gelato, Carpigiani).
