Hello, my name is Dumitru and I am very happy and grateful for the experience that I am earning in the country that can be called the home of Gelato ice cream: Italy.
The program Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs gave me the opportunity to learn and to see in practice how to manage a Gelato type of business. First things that I learned and accomplished during this program are: 1. The technology of producing gelato ice cream, the sorbetto type (fat free) 2. The methods of freezing and storage of the final product 3. One-day visit at the only University of Gelato in the world (University of Gelato, Carpigiani).
