At the beginning of April I started this work experience in Seville, at the Golden Clínica. This company is a leader in the field of surgery and aesthetic medicine.
The first month is gone and it was really fast. The welcoming in the clinic was fantastic. The host entrepreneur (Dr. Salvatore Pagano) immediately introduced me to the working group, a very dynamic and stimulating team.
During these first weeks I started to study and learn about the different areas of the scientific activity of Golden Clínica. In particular, my work was based on the elaboration of personalized nutrition paths (protein diets), in collaboration with the nutritionist of the clinic. I began to understand the organization of work and the definition of goals. I found the program of combining aesthetic treatments and dietary indications extremely stimulating and ambitious.

After the first month the scientific activity is much clearer thanks to frequent meetings with Salvatore and his colleagues. This allows me to better understand how the figure of the nutritionist is a decisive support to achieve the results dictated by the aesthetic treatment of the body.
After work, I try to take advantage of every moment to discover the city. Seville is wonderful, full of passion, history and culture. The colors of the city, the food smeels of the many tapas bars, the neighborhoods so characteristic, the music and the liveliness are already in my heart.
In mid-April there was Seville Fair, a popular 6-days event that is celebrated two weeks after the Semana Santa. I was particularly fascinated by the cheerful and fun atmosphere, characterized by street dances, evocative sets, parades and traditional music performances. An incredible experience that allowed me to learn about the characteristic aspects of the andalusian culture and it got me emotionally involved.
