I had already known some of the brewery staff because I had already visited the brewery in the days before the beginning of the project, so on Tuesday, August 1st, just arrived at 8:00 am in a brewery immediately at work! Detailed and quick explanation of all the plants in the brewery and immediately baked. The first three days of work have gone by making three different cookies, having immediately the opportunity to have a close-up cake with all the procedures useful to be able to produce, bottling, flaking, labeling and storing bottles and stuccoes.

A good day I had to sit at the table with Mr. Fer, who was about to taste some beers of several breweries like Omnipollo and other American brewers with an American boy telling about the beers in question. Tenting them we tried to understand the merits and defects by understanding and discussing briefly a possible recipe for an imminent collaboration.
The project goes to swollen sails, also thanks to an imminent housing arrangement not far from the brewery. Here are some photos taken during these early days of work.
