It has been 10 days since I arrived in Benevento, I visited the headquarters of the Cooperative Social Lab 76, where my host Maria Grazia Di Meo works as Director.
It has been 10 days since I started the Erasmus Entrepreneur programme. I made an immersion into the work of Maria Grazia during these days. At the same time, I introduced my project and shared my wishes and worries.
I understood so far that Maria Grazia and her cooperative’ strength lies in its members, on the top of that there is a massive need of their work in this area. She is constantly enthusiastic and along with her fellow workers they have developed a crucial presence for the territory.
I saw an organised group of professionals and now I am wondering what resources I will need as an entrepreneur to achieve this level of efficiency. What/how I have to learn specifically? What specific training I do need to make my project sustainable?
I look forward to start my new week of work in Benevento. This week is very important for me because I will be able to propose my own activities which I can develop further together with Maria Grazia and other members of the cooperative.
