During this period, I’ve been increasingly involved in the production, especially in what concern my study background, which is hop aroma and chemistry. I took part in the construction of a new beer recipe giving my advice for hops selection, in a few weeks I’ll see the fruits of our job. I’m very excited for this event! I’ve also participate to an amazing Scottish event, in which the beer can’t miss, the Highland games. It has been a perfect sunny day, not so common in Scotland, in which I’ve worked with Elain, Rich and Kenny (our professional bearded server). I’ve learned a lot about tapping methods during this amazing day!
Beyond that, I can feel an exciting energy in the air for future interesting projects, of which I will involve you in the next reports.
Moreover, I have taken some days off to visit Scotland with the aim to know better the place from are produced these magnificent beers.
