The exchange period continues and the activities go on. For now, the program has been adapted to a new work plan which includes an extension of the period for another two months, according to the formal request sent to my intermediary organization. In particular, the activities of the last two weeks have been focused on the line already followed in the previous two, namely the technical management of the company, and new activities aimed at marketing.
With Jesus Helguera and Victoria Ramirez I’m continuing to learn, on the basis of their experience and on the practical activities that I can play in the company. Both in the office and in visiting different offices of the public administration, as at private clients, activities are stimulating and dynamic.
Here in the office part of the team dedicated their work to the promotion of the company and the expansion of marketing services offered by Invesia Construccion y Servicios.
Raul Lopez and Enrique Valdivieso, experts in economics and marketing, daily follow and update the means to intercept new ideas for marketing strategies and strengthen the commercial network.
The website is surely the most important one, however, there are a number of side events, such as market research, meetings, meetings with clients and relationships with partners, which are relevant as well.
With them I’m learning and sharing issues that will be critical to my company from the beginning, especially because early one I will not be able to rely on the services provided, not even on the relevance of it in the market.
