Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs (EYE) is an exchange programme for entrepreneurs, financed by the European Union. It offers individuals who are thinking of, or in the early stages of setting up a business the opportunity to work alongside an experienced entrepreneur in another European country and strengthen the skills they need to develop their business. EYE also offers business owners and directors in the UK the opportunity to host visiting entrepreneurs from elsewhere in Europe at their company base. Exchanges can last from one to six months. Rinova is a UK Intermediary Organisation for Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs, through which we connect with a network of over 170 organisations and with over 17,000 registered entrepreneurs across Europe. As part of the Mobilitas partnership, one of the highest performing partnerships in the EYE network, Rinova has facilitated over 50 successful exchanges in the last three years. Through EYE we support new entrepreneurs through all stages of the process of registering, finding a match and undertaking the stay abroad. Equally, we support host entrepreneurs in the UK to find appropriate matches and collaborate with visiting new entrepreneurs from other countries.
