I’ve reached the halfway point of this entrepreneurial exchange and feel the need to take stock of the experience so far. I’m collaborating with the owner of a very popular nightspot frequented by young people from all over the world – a dynamic, creative, and strongly international environment.

The cooperation is going well: a good relationship of trust and mutual openness was established from the very first days. My mentor has been willing to share not only the practical aspects of the daily management of the venue but also his entrepreneurial vision and the strategies used to attract such a diverse clientele. This has allowed me to come into contact with a flexible business model that is attentive to cultural and musical trends, perfectly reflecting the multicultural identity of the city.

One of the most significant aspects so far has been the approach to event organization and communication with the public: I’ve been able to actively participate in various phases, from conception to promotion, observing firsthand how a coherent and recognizable identity is built for the venue.

If I have to point out an aspect to reflect on, I would say that managing the work rhythms, which are often nocturnal and prolonged, requires a good deal of personal adaptation. Despite this, I’m trying to make the most of the experience, adapting my daily habits to maintain a good balance.

For the second part of the exchange, I would like to propose focusing more on the aspects related to economic sustainability and customer loyalty, analyzing sales data and feedback received in detail. This would allow me to acquire more technical and strategic skills, useful for developing my own project upon my return.

Overall, the assessment so far is very positive: the experience is proving to be stimulating, educational, and full of ideas, both professionally and personally. Moreover, living and working in Málaga is an added value that I deeply feel every day. This city has a unique, welcoming, and vibrant energy, which is also reflected in human relationships and the atmosphere of the places. The colors of the sunset over the sea, the streets full of music, and the spontaneous smiles of the people are making me feel at home, even though I’m far away. It’s a context that stimulates creativity and opens the mind, making this exchange not just a work experience, but a true personal growth.
