I left my homeland and moved to Poland after the Russian invasion of Ukraine. This became a major turning point in both my personal and professional life. My background is rooted in sales, marketing, and project management, and throughout my career I have worked with international companies, where I learned how organizations function, communicate, and grow.
Beyond my professional experience, I have always been passionate about writing, public speaking, and building meaningful projects that have a positive social impact. Over the years, I discovered a particular interest in the fields of healthcare, wellbeing, and social innovation. These interests intensified after I personally faced health challenges and became more aware of the scale of chronic diseases affecting people redress their age, gender, or readiness to meet the challenge.
Although the public healthcare system functions relatively well, I observed two major issues: the long queues to access specialists and the difficulty of receiving treatment that focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of chronic conditions. I realized that there is still a significant gap where prevention, education, and early intervention could make a meaningful difference.
This realization inspired my business idea: to establish a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting people with chronic illnesses, raising awareness, and promoting holistic approaches to health. My goal is to create a structure that combines social entrepreneurship with practical support for those who struggle to navigate the healthcare system.
My decision to participate in the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs program was driven by desire to gain hands-on experience within an established non-profit organization. When I learned about EYE, I immediately saw it as a unique opportunity to shorten the learning curve, gain structured mentorship, and observe how successful social enterprises are built from the inside.

Thanks to the program, I began my exchange with Epioni, a Greek organization known for its work in mental health advocacy and chronic disease support. From the very first days, the CEO, Spyros Zorbas, and the entire team welcomed me and generously shared their knowledge and experience.
For me, learning in Greece – the cradle of ancient wisdom, philosophy, and the tradition of sharing knowledge with the world – carries a special meaning. It is symbolic and inspiring to continue that legacy in a modern social context.
I believe that this experience will contribute to both my human and professional growth. On a personal level, it teaches me resilience, cultural understanding, and empathy. On a professional level, it provides me with practical insights into project management within the non-profit sector, stakeholder communication, fundraising, and community engagement. Most importantly, it helps me develop the confidence and competence needed to eventually launch my own organization.
This program is remarkable. It connects aspiring entrepreneurs with experienced mentors, supports learning through real-world practice, and makes career transitions smoother and more meaningful. For someone like me, who is shifting from corporate roles to social entrepreneurship, it is an invaluable bridge between intention and action.
