I am a Communication Sciences student at the University of Cagliari. I have always focused my academic career on finding a synergistic balance between theory and pragmatism. My training took a decisive turn during my European Volunteering year in Slovenia (2022-2023), an experience that radically transformed my professional outlook. In this international context, I acquired advanced technical skills in the use of leading graphics software and the professional management of photographic equipment, consolidating the use of the Sony mirrorless system as a quality standard for my work.
Today, I work as a creative and dynamic professional, specializing in visual storytelling and the production of multimedia content capable of generating tangible value. My unique skill lies in the ability to integrate the technical precision of the image with the communication strategies learned during my studies, with a specific focus on the aesthetic enhancement of professional assets and brand identities.
The decision to join the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs program stems from a profound understanding I developed abroad: my natural habitat is an international environment. My Slovenian experience was not only a formative experience, but also the confirmation of a cosmopolitan vocation that I intend to constantly cultivate.
I chose Bucharest as a strategic destination because I consider it one of the most vibrant and rapidly expanding capitals in contemporary Europe. The city represents a technological and creative hub of excellence, a fertile ground where innovation and entrepreneurial logic evolve at a rapid pace. Confronting such a competitive and ever-changing market is the necessary challenge to test my adaptability and the validity of my creative intuitions in a global context.
From my collaboration with the host company, Ipazia Production, I expect a multidimensional leap in quality. My primary goal is to learn best practices in writing and managing European projects, an area I believe is crucial to my future market positioning. I want to analyze the workflows of a structured company from the inside, honing my process analysis skills and strengthening my communication abilities in multicultural environments.
On a human level, experiencing the Romanian reality represents a fundamental test of maturity: the complexity of Bucharest’s socioeconomic fabric will allow me to develop a more analytical and resilient vision. I am confident that this combination of technical specialization, understanding of business dynamics, and personal growth will be the strategic cornerstone on which to build my personal entrepreneurial journey once I return to Italy.
