Driven by a deep sense of community engagement and youth empowerment, I am committed to working for and promoting a culture of care, peace, and active citizenship, both locally and internationally. I engage in projects that have a social impact and seek justice and transformation, especially through youth participation initiatives such as Erasmus+ and learning mobility programs. I believe in the power of creating meaningful, inclusive, and transformative experiences that allow young people to grow, explore their potential, and contribute to building a fairer and more sustainable world.
My work is grounded in a theoretical framework based on peace education and conflict mediation. I aim to foster a culture of peace by promoting values, attitudes, and behaviors that support social justice, non-violent communication, emotional well-being, and the peaceful resolution of conflict. I adopt a holistic approach that integrates cognitive, emotional, and social dimensions of learning and development. I am particularly inspired by alternative, creative, and nature-based practices that cultivate self-awareness, empathy, deep listening, and connection with others and the environment.
I strongly believe that qualities such as resilience, emotional intelligence, empathy, self-management, horizontality, and care—both for ourselves and for others—are essential for meaningful social change. By building spaces based on mutual support, listening, and trust, we can co-create communities that are more conscious, equitable, and rooted in solidarity and cooperation.
Thanks to my intercultural and interdisciplinary background, I’ve gained experience in project design and coordination, facilitation of non-formal education workshops, mentoring, group dynamics, communication, and storytelling. I am passionate about designing and facilitating collective learning spaces, workshops, and gatherings that focus on personal and community development, emotional literacy, and social transformation. I love supporting processes where people feel seen, heard, and empowered to act.
