In the last 2 months I have been working with VSPARTICLE to improve my business, marketing and personal skills in order to become a young entrepreneur.
Today I consider my learning process halfway, because the company is now actually entering the market and starting to be involved in the investments process.
In the last few weeks they have signed agreements with distributors in China, we have increased the website and everyone in the team is now really involved in developing the company.
In this period we are trying to develop a strong marketing and communication plan for 2018, so they asked me to develop a KPIs strategy (a complex method to measure engagement) and I am really glad to have the possibility to learn by doing.
This is one of the reasons why I have just extended my Erasmus period here.
