The last two weeks have been intense and satisfactorily productive for me and my team.
On week 5 of my EYE program, I’ve mainly worked on a draft document addressed to potential investors of one of my client companies. I carefully selected each word to explain concepts in a clear and attractive way.
I drafted the doc from scratch, relying on the info I had researched, read and asked until that time.
The draft includes product description and market along with staff and financial info.
Additions and changes suggested by the client have been implemented and I’m waiting for some infographics and pictures to be incorporated in order to release the final issue, which will hopefully engage lots of potential investors!
When drafting the document, I’ve used my analysis and synthesis abilities, as well as my writing, marketing and technology skills.
On week 6, I’ve worked on several activities, including the translation of a company presentation from Spanish into English and on a social media strategy proposal draft document for a young tech company.
I’ve also sketched my proposal for the planning of an international event related to tourism and scheduled for October of this year. I’ve researched and listed the requirements of equipment and resources (including speakers and audience). I’m waiting for the client company to agree on my proposal in order to proceed approaching speakers, inviting audience and procuring the equipment.
In any project I’m working on, and the range is pretty wide as you can see, I’m trying my best to give some personal contribution, not just to provide the client with an impersonal consultation but with a bespoke and committed one. I think this makes unique the work of one out of thousands of consultants in the world. At least, that’s my ambition.

In the picture, I’m with some co-workers.
