We spent most of the first week to prepare everything for the new Origins Brewing Spring Launch. We set up a big tent, prepared bars and beer lines. On Friday we brewed a dark saison together with Tom from Little Earth Project, who also brought his own delicious beers for the festival. Some of the wort went in barrels to ferment with Origins house mixed culture.

During the second week, we bottled a few beers for the next Origins release in Summer, and we kegged Edinburgh Food Studios Saison.
