My fourth month is about to reach an end. I can say that this period has been one of the most difficult of my EYE stay. During the first two weeks I worked hardly on the convention, alongside the shop manager and my colleague Silvia. After being published on the convention site, we started to organise the weeks with precise deadlines, thinking of both the advertising aspect and the essential materials to bring to Trieste as well as take appointments for the studio.

According to these deadlines, we drawn up an action plan that has given us the right confidence to face an event of such importance. Given that, I can say that I have acquired good organisational and managerial skills. I learned to manage business events of great importance, gaining maturity and success and calculating potential mistakes.

Another skill acquired is the ability to collaborate with people and thoughts that are different from mine; this contributed to make me much more diplomatic and rational.

At the same time as the Covention, we all had a lot to do regarding the decision, agreed by everyone, to renovate the studio and organise a future inauguration event. The idea, which arose from the desire to give a new look to the business, was evaluated in detail during a series of important meetings. Underlying this decision, we shared the tasks, which are essential to plan the renewal in a few months (a period still to be agreed).

We are all working hard to better organise this event, both in terms of schedule and economy, which will help the studio to face the new year. In the next month we will focus on to this event, agreeing on a date to start.
