4th period – 1 – 15 October
The project in villages is going quite well, I’m learning several things on how to manage the budget of the project, the calendar of the events and coordinate all the trainers.
We also started the EVS volunteering project, so we are hosting 6 young people from all Europe to work with us, so I’m learning how to manage them, their arrival, their activities, which documents they need, etc. This is interesting, because it’s a european project which I might use for myself in the future.
The theatre in general now is starting to work more, every week we meet to make the calendar of the next 7 days, to organize the working hours and upcoming events and performances.
5th period – 16 – 31 October
Next year Teatr Brama will have a big event, financed by EU, in the Creative Europe platform. The whole project lasted 3 years and will finish here in Goleniow. It’s called “Caravan next”. I took part in the meeting of preparation of such event. I’m assisting in the creation of social community theatre projects that have to be presented during this festival. It’s quite big, and I’m learning a lot on how to manage so many guests, from the practical things, like accomodation and food, to the more artistical.
