My third month has been a real challenge. My colleague and me have been selected for the latest edition of the “Trieste Tattoo Convention”. This is a big chance for the studio because it will get widely promoted and known in the north of Italy. A Convention is the perfect place where to improve the business’ visibility as well as the network with other entrepreneurs, investors and artists.
I‘ve started working with Alessandro and Silvia on this event as soon as we got the news, a month ago. We are focused on producing all sort of promoting material in order to make our stand successfully recognised by the audience. The trip to the convention requires months of work and retail organization.
Printing of business cards, stickers and posters for the enrichment of the stand in which we will work is only a first step. The research on the other convention participants (artists, entrepreneurs, investors) is an important help to organize a studio promotion plan among the most significant names of those attending at the event. Our goal as a tattoo studio is to get in touch with important names in order to create collaborative relationships in the north of Italy. The Conventions allow you to create great working opportunities around the country.
We wants to take care of details as much as possible. We are promoting the event on social media and by word of mouth to our customers. We will also use the convention webpage itself. This way, we will be able to broaden our range of action and visibility.
These last two weeks of August will be extremely important because the studio photographer, Giorgia, will take the opportunity to produce a small promo video of us to share on the internet and promote the event. By the end of the month, we will finish the script and start working of the practical side, filming and editing. We had the idea to create a second part of the video which will be focused on our experience in Trieste. We will bring camera to produce an interesting 3-5 min report of the Convention.
