I have reached the twelfth week of my EYE, everything proceeds happily and enthusiastically,
thanks also to the people I met here in Spain and in particular to HE. I could not choose HE as a
better tutor to realize my business idea, it involves me a lot in the activities of the company and
gives me good advice, I participate in meetings with potential suppliers and briefings with
personnel managers, where we discuss possible general problems but also the results achieved
and to be achieved in economic terms.
I visited a Montaditos restaurant run by HE, I joined the sales staff and explained the sales
techniques and the selling proposition.
During my days at the company of HE, I ask many questions, all aimed at the realization of my
project; I try to learn the best sales and management strategies, I'm discovering the world of
catering and this will be very useful to enter the catering market with my new business.
As for Spain, and in particular Jerez de la Frontera, I could not choose a better place. I really
like people and the joyful and engaging spirit they have, then there are many carnival parties in
this period, and the Cadiz carnival has already started a week ago; moreover, driven by my
passion, I will not miss the Vuelta de Andalucia where the famous cyclist Chris Froome is
expected, I will go to the last stage on Sunday 18 which will be an individual time trial in the
city of Barbate, known tourist resort for tuna fishing and fish culinary specialties; of this I will
document you with photos at our next appointment in two weeks.
