I learned about the program through a recommendation. I was planning to improve and broaden my entrepreneurial skills, and the program was incredibly helpful. By being paired with an experienced entrepreneur, helping me get ahead financially, and thus giving me more opportunities and freedom, I was able to get a huge amount out of my trip to Spain.
I was able to chat extensively with the host. She was incredibly helpful and hospitable. I was welcome to visit her home (where her company is also located) whenever I wanted, and I was even invited. She helped me make several important contacts in the swimming community, and as a result, I became active as a trainer and instructor at the destination. And in that way I could carry out my buissines plan.
I’ve been able to build a good (business) relationship with the contact person I was assigned. We’re in frequent contact, and I’ll be visiting them this summer. There’s a chance for me to return and work in Sabadell, Spain, in the future. I could never have imagined anything more wonderful than that. This is the ultimate experience for me personally. I’ve learned a tremendous amount from the place and my host.
In the past few months, I’ve gained experiences that have combined all the previous years. It’s something I’ll never forget. I’ve grown both personally and professionally.
