I am a New Entrepreneur in the wellness sector, thinking of developing a boutique massage studio in Thessaloniki focused on high-quality services and strong branding. My Host Entrepreneur, Konstantinos Stavrou, owns Breath Spa in Nicosia and has expertise in both spa management and digital entrepreneurship.
I discovered the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme online and joined to gain hands-on experience abroad. My goal was to better understand wellness business operations and develop skills in digital branding.
I expected to gain practical knowledge, refine my business strategy, and strengthen my competences in marketing, customer experience, and business development.
During my EYE stay, I was involved in a structured learning process combining observation, analysis, and mentoring. I analysed the daily operations of Breath Spa, including service structure, pricing, appointment management, and customer experience. I also focused on digital entrepreneurship, exploring content creation strategies, personal branding, and audience engagement on platforms such as TikTok and Instagram. Additionally, I worked on adapting these practices to my own business concept, refining the positioning and strategy of Luminous Massage & Wellness.
The relationship with my Host Entrepreneur was highly collaborative and supportive. He provided continuous guidance, shared practical insights from his own business experience, and encouraged open discussions and idea exchange. Our cooperation was based on mentorship and mutual learning, allowing me to gain valuable knowledge while also contributing with fresh perspectives and ideas.
The exchange provided significant benefits in terms of entrepreneurial development and future opportunities. I strengthened my skills in wellness business management, including service structuring, pricing, and customer experience design. I also developed competences in digital entrepreneurship, particularly in personal branding, content creation, and audience engagement.
A key outcome was the refinement of my business concept, *Luminous Massage & Wellness*, which is now more structured and market-oriented. I also gained valuable insights into integrating digital strategies with a physical wellness business.
In addition, I established a strong professional relationship with my Host Entrepreneur, opening possibilities for future collaboration, cross-promotion, and knowledge exchange between Cyprus and Greece.
The EYE experience gave me practical insight into building a wellness business while integrating digital strategy. It strengthened my entrepreneurial mindset and helped me turn my idea into a more structured and market-ready concept.
