I was in Lithuania participating in an Erasmus Youth Exchange when, while browsing social media, I discovered the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme through a TikTok video.
I began working at the age of 15 in the restaurant sector, gaining valuable hands-on experience under the guidance of my father, a successful entrepreneur. This early exposure allowed me to develop a strong work ethic and a practical understanding of business dynamics.
Alongside this, I built a solid foundation in legal and economic fields, while cultivating a deep academic interest in medicine, a field I have always been passionate about, although I initially believed it would be difficult to pursue professionally.
This experience marked a turning point in my journey, enabling me to redefine my ambitions and confidently move towards building a career in the medical sector.
During my experience, I had the opportunity to work closely with my Host, Arbër Kardia, who guided me with great professionalism and charisma throughout the entire programme.
He shared valuable knowledge and practical insights, allowing me to deepen my understanding of the sector and develop new skills.
Beyond his professional expertise, I was particularly inspired by his strong human and cultural values, which made this experience even more meaningful.
Our collaboration was highly positive, and we have maintained an excellent relationship. I look forward to the possibility of future professional collaborations.
