During my university years, I approached the world of digital communication and communication through social media. Thanks to EYE, which I discovered in one of my many online searches to understand how to best develop my role as a digital image consultant, I hoped to develop aspects of my professionalism that I would not have had the opportunity to integrate alone. The figure of my HE, in this case, proved to be fundamental.

He is General Manager at ENCRE. He holds degrees in “history and business administration and management”and worked in academia and communication before turning to European affairs. He has been project manager working in European projects since 2010, with a focus on research, culture, education, and VET; he gained project managementexperience with Horizon 2020, Europe for Citizens, Creative Europeand Erasmus+. He is fluent in Italian and English and speaks Mr. Barghini is a certified first level project manager with ISIPM.

During my internship I was responsible for creating a real digital image on behalf of my HE, teaching him and the staff how to behave with social media and what the functions of each site or application were that they wanted to use. Working closely with them, we implemented a content program, set up a protocol to read and analyze the data obtained from online publications. The creation of a 360-degree content creation and publication strategy was and is my final goal, so that the digital image of the association is equivalent and overlaps almost perfectly with the real one.

During my internship I gained more confidence in myself as a professional and in my field of work. I hope that in the future my HE and I will be able to collaborate, but in the meantime I have acquired many more tools to finally be able to say that my professional figure as a digital image consultant was born in the best way it could be.
