The Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs program has been a transformative experience for me, combining my studies in psychology and digital marketing with real-world applications in an industrial camera company, Get-Cameras. Through this placement, I aimed to refine my business idea—a communication agency connecting creatives with clients for tailored digital solutions—while gaining insights into international markets and avoiding early-stage pitfalls.

At Get-Cameras, I contributed to marketing campaigns and customer outreach, learning the importance of strategic planning and cultural adaptation in business. This collaboration enhanced my entrepreneurial skills, from stakeholder management to creative problem-solving. EYE has offered me valuable opportunities to build a professional network, deepen my knowledge, and strengthen my capacity to run a successful business, all while fostering intercultural communication and practical expertise.

During my stay at Get-Cameras, I actively contributed to the company’s marketing and customer engagement strategies, particularly focusing on expanding its presence in Italy. I developed LinkedIn campaigns to reach new clients and tailored communication materials to align with the technical nature of industrial cameras.

Collaborating closely with my Host, I gained hands-on experience in analyzing market trends, refining sales strategies, and managing customer relationships. I also participated in networking events, assisting in identifying potential partners and fostering collaborations.
