My participation in the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs program stemmed from my interest in learning digital marketing strategies applied to SaaS companies. As an aspiring entrepreneur, my goal is to create a marketing agency specialized in lead generation and customer retention for SaaS businesses.

During the program, I collaborated with Antonio Ercole De Luca, founder of SunnyPlans, a startup that optimizes land selection for solar projects through advanced data analysis. My aim was to gain practical experience in lead generation, CRM, and business growth strategies, as well as to expand my network of professional contacts.

From the very beginning of the program, I worked on optimizing conversion strategies by analyzing user behavior on the SaaS platform and proposing improvements in customer acquisition. I also explored various technological tools to automate marketing processes and improve efficiency in data management.

Additionally, I had the opportunity to participate in meetings with potential clients, where I learned the importance of active listening and effective communication to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. I also took part in networking events, where I observed different strategies for building professional relationships in both digital and physical environments.

My collaboration with Antonio was highly stimulating. His experience in the SaaS sector and his data-driven approach helped me understand how strategic decisions are made within a tech startup.

The program allowed me to develop key skills in digital marketing, business management, and leadership. Thanks to my experience at SunnyPlans, I improved my abilities in data analysis, conversion funnel optimization, and client negotiation strategies.
I also strengthened my adaptability and problem-solving skills, especially in managing the challenges of a growing startup. I learned the importance of time management and organization, which will help me structure my future business more effectively.

From a networking perspective, I expanded my connections within the SaaS sector and established relationships with potential collaborators. The experience also provided me with a strategic vision regarding the international expansion of a digital company, a key aspect for my personal project.

As a result of the exchange, I intend to launch my own digital marketing agency specialized in SaaS companies, integrating the knowledge I gained about growth strategies and automation.

Working with Antonio at SunnyPlans transformed my approach to SaaS marketing. I honed my skills in data-driven strategies and gained confidence in navigating cultural differences. This experience solidified my vision for my agency.
