I am a graphic designer from Poland, running a one-person creative business focused on branding and visual communication. With a background in Italian Philology, I combine cultural awareness with strategic design thinking. My long-term goal is to build a scalable, internationally oriented creative studio.

My Host Entrepreneur, Edoardo Giani, leads a creative agency in Las Palmas specializing in digital marketing and sustainable tourism, including the Localbird initiative. The agency integrates branding, eco-tourism, and international collaboration.

I joined EYE to gain real insight into scaling a creative business, managing remote teams, and positioning brands in a competitive digital market. I expected practical mentorship, exposure to the Spanish market, and a strong professional network. The exchange was designed as a mutual collaboration, blending fresh creative input with entrepreneurial growth.

During my EYE stay, I actively contributed to both creative and strategic tasks within the agency. I independently led small growth-focused projects, including promotional materials and client acquisition concepts, and supported the improvement of the Host’s website by proposing UI/UX enhancements and modernizing its visual direction. I also designed a logo concept for the upcoming Localbird rebranding and contributed to branding preparation for investor meetings.

Our relationship evolved between mentorship and partnership, with regular one-to-one sessions focused on financial management, scaling strategies, and client acquisition.

The most valuable insight was understanding how multidimensional entrepreneurship is—especially managing deadlines, remote teams, and communication. Facing real challenges strengthened my strategic thinking, organization, and leadership awareness.

During the exchange, I developed strong entrepreneurial and strategic skills, particularly in business scalability, financial awareness, and client acquisition. I improved my ability to manage remote collaboration, optimize workflows, and apply structured planning to creative projects.

I gained practical experience in sustainable tourism branding and digital marketing, while expanding my professional network within the Spanish digital and creative community.

The collaboration opened future prospects for continued remote cooperation with the Host and potential cross-border projects. Most importantly, I return with a clear action plan to strengthen and internationalize my own creative studio.

EYE showed me that entrepreneurship is not only about creativity, but about strategy, structure and courage. This experience transformed the way I think about scaling a business and strengthened my confidence as a young entrepreneur.
