For now I haven’t learn anything. Sometimes I “give” training but I’m not a trainer I’m a supervisor because I just do the exercise they always do with someone who’s traducing my words but even that is rare. Every week since the second one I’m asking for the meeting or the discussion we supposed to have to ask the questions I have but we didn’t do it a single time. I just take videos for nothing because I take the videos do some edit on them but none of them are used wich it can be because they are not good but when I ask they tell me that It’s good.
The other thing I do is coming first at the trainings to put the stuff on the pitch and leave as the last one to take everything off. I’m not here to learn how to be a coach even If I would be here for that I already know the exercise and the pedagogy they are using. So I’m here to learn how to run a sport buisness and for now nothing has been teached to me.
I’m trying to learn thing by looking and by my own talking to people but It’s nothing like It should be. Sometimes I train with oldest group on the last hour but I gotta convinve them more and more every week just to train, wich is not a delusional thing because between 12h30 the hour I’m coming and 19h30 the hour I leave I don’t do nothing I was supposed to do for my learning and the other “trainers” and helpers like me train. So I manage to train only on sunday and thet sometimes put me on lower group with the less good players but I prove on the trainings I’ve done that I have a higher level wich can be used to train the other player better and for me to do something util and not just waste my time and money.
Because I will have to use my own savings because with the very expensive rent for what is it, the gasoline, the groceries more expensive here… and this is just talking on the financial aspect I’m here for 4 weeks I already did 5 so the wast of time is real too. I hope it will be better on the last weeks but for now the trip is a failure even trying to do my best to still take at least something good from here.
