Reflecting on the first half of my stay abroad, the experience has been both enriching and insightful. Working closely one-to-one with Ismael has given me the opportunity to observe directly how an entrepreneur approaches innovation projects, creative thinking, and problem solving. This close collaboration creates a very open learning dynamic where ideas, feedback, and different perspectives can be exchanged in a very direct way.
One of the most valuable aspects of the experience so far has been seeing how ideas gradually develop into concrete concepts. Through our collaboration I have gained insight into how innovation projects evolve, how challenges are approached, and how different solutions are explored during the process. Observing this step-by-step development has helped me better understand how creative ideas are shaped and refined in practice.
Working one-to-one also makes the learning experience very focused. Because the collaboration is direct, it is easier to ask questions, receive immediate feedback, and understand the reasoning behind certain choices during the development of projects. This has allowed me to learn not only by observing, but also by actively participating in discussions and contributing ideas when relevant.
Adapting to a new working rhythm and approach was initially a small challenge. Each project follows its own pace and requires a certain level of flexibility and initiative. During the first weeks I needed some time to better understand the structure of the projects and the expectations within the collaboration. Over time, this became more natural and helped me become more confident in contributing to the process.
Overall, I feel that the objectives of the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme are being met. The experience provides a realistic insight into how innovation and entrepreneurship function in practice and how ideas are developed through collaboration.
Looking ahead to the second half of the exchange, I hope to continue deepening my involvement in ongoing projects, gain further insight into the creative process behind innovation, and continue learning through this close collaboration. This experience is already strengthening my curiosity, adaptability, and confidence as I continue developing my entrepreneurial ambitions.
