I enjoyed the warm Mediterranean climate, explored ancient ruins, and indulged in local delicacies. also I wasb curious to learn more about the Cypriot people and their way of life.

In this School of Yoga I had a unique opportunity to deeply immerse myself in the practice of yoga, which combines physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation and ethical principles (yama and niyama).

There were no difficulties, except perhaps in remembering such a volume of information.

Yes, sure. I think that the objectives of the program are being met because because every day I become stronger both physically and mentally. I learn new practices and a new me.

Many yoga poses engage various my muscle groups, helping to improve strength and balance.
Meditation and mindfulness exercises incorporated into yoga can enhance concentration and mental clarity
Also while some yoga practices I can be calming and can leave my feeling energized and invigorated.

I think my exchange is perfect. Everything is going according to plan and I don’t see any point in changing anything.

And the last thing it’s about my progress and insights gained:

Physical benefits
I improved flexibility
Increased strength and balance
Better posture
Enhanced coordination
Reduced pain and discomfort

Mental benefits
Reduced stress and anxiety
Improved mood and well-being
Increased focus and concentration
Better sleep quality
Enhanced self-esteem

Spiritual benefits
Increased mindfulness and self-awareness
A sense of connection to oneself and others

A deeper understanding of body and mind
It’s important to note that the benefits of yoga can vary from person to person.
but for me it happened exactly like that

that’s why I’m incredibly grateful to this project, that I was able to not only gain so much knowledge but also make so many discoveries for myself personally

So a big thanks for being part of this yoga study program.
