During the first half period here I focused my work on educating my HE and his staff about the importance of online image and how to create a good digital identity.
We are currently developing a functional publishing schedule for their social media profiles and trying to create good quality content: I think it’s very interesting and challenging because it’s necessary to show what is done in the “everyday real life” on an online platform and it’s not quite automatic as it may seem.
One of the most fascinating aspects here is trying to combine everybody’s identities and approaches in one effective online strategy: experiencing different cultural aspects makes me realise that reality can be told in many ways and only a few of them are to be considered respectful.
Thanks to my HE I can approach several fundamental topics (such as sustainability, gender equality, women empowerment, cultural richness and AI evolution) and have tons and tons of information about them: connecting with experts help us understand the main points we have to convey with our communication tools and it’s something that really helps you grow, both mentally and under an entrepreneurial aspect.
When I think about my work and my pathway I have to be focused and to be able to understand what is going to be always helpful in my future career and what has to be avoided because it can lead me to commit mistakes.
My HE always makes sure to guide in the everyday life of an entrepreneur and shows me all the possible aspects of a flourishing business: dealing with supplies, understanding the evolution of markets, creating a valid business plan and a lot more.
Technology and innovations have to be an useful tool for this kind of business and for everyone in life in general and working here is making me understand everyday this fundamental concept: dealing with fake news and disinformation is something that is quite common in my job and so creating valid strategies for contrasting them is mandatory, especially when talking about such important topics as the ones I have mentioned before.
I hope I will be able to continue my work in the same way I have done in these months!
