My experience during the first half of the exchange with Akadimos has been both enriching and highly relevant to my entrepreneurial goals. The collaboration has followed the activity plan closely, and I’ve already seen significant progress in the areas of project management and client relationship building.

During the first month, I was introduced to the host’s project management systems and collaborated in analyzing workflow structures. We jointly started developing projects templates. This experience has deepened my understanding of planning methodologies and the importance of workflow optimization.

In the second month, we refined and implemented the templates broadly across different projects. I gained valuable experience in evaluating operational efficiency and learned how to adapt tools to different project scales. This has helped me develop a practical skill set that I can transfer to my own company.

The third month focused on internal client relationship management. I actively participated in meetings, observed communication practices, and worked with the HE to assess and redesign client interaction protocols. This phase was particularly insightful, as I learned how to tailor communication strategies to different types of clients and scenarios.

So far, the collaboration has been smooth, with no major challenges. Communication with the HE has been clear and supportive, and I’ve felt fully integrated into the business activities. I believe the objectives of the EYE programme are being met: I am acquiring real-world entrepreneurial knowledge, participating in decision-making processes, and developing practical tools that are directly applicable to business development.

Going forward, I expect to sharpen my skills in strategic planning and marketing. We are working on implementing that starting earlier than planned (month four, rather than month five). This would allow me to contribute more to digital marketing initiatives and to begin applying my ideas sooner.
