My experience so far has been overall very positive and enriching. I can honestly say that I feel like I’ve grown a lot, both personally and professionally. Working in an entrepreneurial setting has given me the opportunity to be involved in every phase of a project — from the initial idea to its implementation. This has been incredibly educational, but also quite challenging. Being exposed to so many aspects of project management at once can be a double-edged sword: on one hand, it accelerates learning; on the other, it can lead to mistakes — and I’ve made my fair share. However, I believe these mistakes have been a key part of the process and have helped me develop greater flexibility, adaptability, and resilience.

One of my main goals when applying for the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme was to step outside my comfort zone and truly test myself in areas I had little experience in — especially the practical and managerial side of running a company. I come from a creative background, so learning about budgeting, timelines, internal communication, and administrative tasks has been intense, but also incredibly valuable. I feel that, so far, the objectives of the programme are definitely being met. I’m acquiring hands-on experience, improving my soft and hard skills, and becoming more confident in navigating complex workflows.

Of course, not everything has been easy. I’ve faced moments of disorientation, where I wasn’t sure what was expected of me, or I felt out of sync with the rhythm of the organisation. Adapting to a new professional environment, especially in another country, comes with its own set of challenges. However, I see these difficulties as part of the learning curve — they’ve helped me reflect on my own working style, improve my communication, and better understand how to function within a team.

Looking ahead to the second half of my exchange, I think it could be helpful to define tasks and goals more clearly, to ensure better alignment with my learning objectives and to maximise the time I have left. A bit more structure in terms of feedback and mentoring would also help me make the most of this experience.

In summary, I’m proud of the progress I’ve made and grateful for the opportunity. This experience is pushing me to grow in ways I didn’t expect, and I’m excited to see how the next few months will continue to shape my path as a future entrepreneur.
