The first half of my experience in Romania with Studio Busini has been incredibly insightful and stimulating. I’ve had the opportunity to fully immerse myself in the world of European project design, a field that has proven to be even more complex and fascinating than I anticipated. The collaboration has been productive from the start, and I’ve been able to actively contribute to concrete projects, particularly in drafting calls for the CERV and Erasmus+ programs.

A significant aspect of this first phase has been deepening my knowledge of funding calls. It’s not just about writing; it’s about thoroughly understanding the specific program objectives, the required technical language, and the logical structure needed to present a solid and convincing idea. The main challenge has been quickly adapting to this detailed, results-oriented approach. I’ve had to learn how to translate ideas into measurable objectives and persuasively describe the potential impact of projects. This challenge has transformed into a valuable growth opportunity, teaching me the importance of meticulous planning and clear communication.

I feel that the program’s objectives to acquire entrepreneurial and project management skills are being fully met.
I’m learning to:
-Identify funding opportunities: I’ve gained the ability to analyze calls and understand which ones are best suited for specific project ideas.
-Manage project complexity: I’ve grasped the importance of a comprehensive overview and careful management of the different project sections.
-Work in an international team: The collaboration with Studio Busini is providing me with direct experience on how to work in a multicultural context.

My progress is reflected in the increasing autonomy with which I can work on projects. Initially, I needed constant guidance, but now I’m able to analyze documents and propose solutions more independently.

This experience has provided me not only with technical skills but also with a new perspective on teamwork and European entrepreneurial culture. I am confident that the remainder of the exchange will continue to be just as productive and stimulating, preparing me for my future professional path.
