My Erasmus experience is an important part of my professional development and can be divided into two main parts. The first half of the program was mainly introductory. During this time, I learned about the structure of the architectural bureau, its main work principles, internal processes, and design stages. I became familiar with project organization, task distribution, and basic design concepts used by the team in daily professional work.
In the first part of the program, I focused on professional standards, communication in an international work environment, and adaptation to a new professional and cultural context. I observed how architects and designers cooperate in their daily tasks, how meetings are organized, and how design decisions are discussed and approved. This stage helped me better understand the working culture of the bureau and prepared me for practical tasks and greater responsibility.

In the second half of the program, I was directly involved in practical work on a real project for an architectural competition in Estonia. This project reflects the main design ideas and principles of the bureau and is based on real requirements and conditions. I worked together with the team on concept development, visual materials, and project preparation according to competition rules, technical guidelines, and deadlines.
Working on this project helped me use my knowledge in practice and develop new professional skills. This work required responsibility, good time management, attention to detail, and close teamwork. I also gained experience in following competition guidelines and presenting project ideas in a clear and structured way. Overall, the Erasmus program helped me gain valuable international experience, improve my professional skills, increase my confidence in an international environment, and better understand my future professional goals and career direction. This experience will be very useful for my future professional development.
I am very motivated to continue developing my professional skills in an international context.
