The first half of my stay abroad as part of the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme has been an extremely satisfying and enriching experience. I am very pleased with the course of the collaboration and the opportunity to gain practical knowledge in a professional work environment. Each week brings new challenges that contribute to the real development of my professional skills, particularly in the field of audio post-production.
A key element of my learning process is the direct collaboration with José Ignacio Arrufat, who shares his extensive experience and advanced technical knowledge with me. During our cooperation, he introduced me to mixing techniques in Dolby Atmos, which has been an extremely valuable and practical experience. I also had the opportunity to analyze his previous project sessions, which allowed me to better understand the decision-making process, work structure, and specific solutions used in professional audiovisual productions. Access to real project sessions significantly broadened my knowledge and gave me a wider perspective on the work of a sound designer.
So far, there have been no significant organizational or communication difficulties. Any challenges that arose were purely technical or educational in nature and were a natural part of the learning process. All issues were addressed and resolved promptly, which further strengthened my skills and independence in work.
I believe the objectives of the programme are being fully met. I am gaining practical knowledge, developing technical skills, and expanding my awareness of working in an international professional environment. At this stage, I do not see the need for any major adjustments to the exchange. The current model of collaboration is effective and allows me to make the most of the remaining part of my stay.
In conclusion, the first half of the exchange has provided me with many valuable experiences, both professionally and personally. I am confident that the remainder of the programme will allow me to further deepen the knowledge and skills I have acquired.
