Three months into this experience, I can clearly see how much my perspective has changed since the beginning of the program. What initially felt like a learning opportunity has slowly turned into a much deeper process of understanding how a digital business actually works.
Working closely with my host has allowed me to move from observation to active involvement. I started to better understand the logic behind content creation, online visibility, and how different elements of a digital project connect with each other. Seeing these processes in action has helped me realize how important structure, consistency, and long term thinking are when building something sustainable.
One of the most valuable aspects of this experience has been learning how decisions are made in real scenarios. I’ve been able to see how priorities shift, how problems are approached, and how strategies evolve based on results. This has helped me develop a more realistic and mature view of entrepreneurship, moving away from abstract ideas and focusing on practical execution.
Also, this journey is helping me reflect more deeply on my own project. I’m gradually shaping my ideas with more clarity, understanding what is essential and what can be simplified. Instead of feeling overwhelmed, I now feel more grounded and confident in my ability to move forward step by step.
These three months have been intense in the best possible way. I feel more aware, more focused, and more motivated than when I started. I’m looking forward to the second half of this experience, knowing that what I’m learning now will have a lasting impact on my future professional path.
Being immersed in a real entrepreneurial environment has made me more conscious of how important discipline, adaptability, and mindset are when managing an online project. I’ve learned that progress often comes from small, consistent actions rather than big, sudden changes.
Another important element has been the opportunity to exchange ideas openly, ask questions, and receive honest feedback. This ongoing dialogue has helped me challenge some of my assumptions and refine my way of thinking. It has also shown me the value of collaboration and knowledge sharing, especially in a digital context where learning never really stops.
As I move forward, I feel that this experience is not only helping me acquire skills, but also shaping my approach to entrepreneurship as a whole. I’m excited to continue developing these skills and insights during the next phase of this project.
