The first half of my stay abroad has been a very valuable and enriching experience, both professionally and personally. Since the beginning of the programme, I have had the opportunity to immerse myself in a new international environment, work with people from different cultural backgrounds, and gain a deeper understanding of how international cooperation initiatives are developed and implemented.

Overall, my experience has been very positive. One of the most rewarding aspects has been the opportunity to apply the knowledge and skills acquired during my university studies to real-world situations. I have been involved in a variety of activities that required communication, organisation, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Working in an international context has also allowed me to improve my intercultural competences and become more confident in using different languages on a daily basis.

Of course, adapting to a new country and a new working environment has also presented some challenges. During the first weeks, I had to familiarise myself with new procedures, different working methods, and the expectations associated with my role. Like any international mobility experience, there was an initial adjustment period that required flexibility and adaptability. However, these challenges have ultimately helped me grow and become more independent, resilient, and proactive.

One significant aspect of the experience has been learning how to collaborate effectively with people from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds. This has given me valuable insights into the importance of clear communication, mutual understanding, and teamwork when working in international environments. I have also learned how to manage responsibilities more efficiently and how to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.

At this stage, I believe that the objectives of the programme are being successfully met. The experience is providing me with practical professional skills, greater intercultural awareness, and a better understanding of international cooperation and project management. In addition, living abroad has enabled me to develop personally by becoming more self-reliant and open-minded.

Regarding possible adjustments for the second half of the exchange, I would appreciate additional opportunities to take part in new projects and assume greater responsibilities, allowing me to further develop my professional skills and gain even more hands-on experience. I also believe that continuing to strengthen collaboration and knowledge-sharing among participants could further enhance the overall learning experience.

In conclusion, the first half of my stay abroad has exceeded my expectations. It has allowed me to grow professionally, improve my intercultural and communication skills, and gain valuable experience that will undoubtedly contribute to my future career. I am looking forward to the remainder of the programme and to making the most of the opportunities that still lie ahead.
