My experience with NoNiNà Locart is being very good, every day more spent in the company means enrichment from different point of views: during these days I am meeting new clients, knowing them through deeps conversations, studying the needings of every one of them. This is helping me to undestand what they are looking for. During this first three months, I had the possibility to improve my costumer service experience, studying first of all the products of the shop; my main role was about customer service, sales, and product presentation, thanks to this role I realized how important it was to go beyond the surface and really observe our clients.
By talking to them, asking the right questions, and watching how they reacted to certain items, I started to understand what they were truly looking for. Some of them valued sustainability, others were interested in supporting local artists, while many sought unique gifts that carried emotional value. These insights became essential when we were thinking about introducing new products.
We began keeping informal records of customer preferences and feedback. This allowed us to recognize patterns, such as growing interest in HAND MADE and UNIQUE designs. Another aspect that i had the possibility to deepen, is meeting the artisans who collaborate with the company. I met them in the shop, during my work, asking them some questions about their works, trying to undestand what local art means to them. I discovered that for all of them it means being loyal to tradition and at the same time giving to the clients something that is totally hand crafted and personalised. Collaborating with the artisans, me and the owner of the company could suggest adjustments. It felt like co-creating with the community.
Studying customer needs didn’t just improve sales—it built trust. People came back not only for the products but also for the connection they felt with us. That’s why the experience until now was very good and interesting. we are now sure that we have the right base to start working on new products. These will be a set of costumer needings (the importance of giving them a new, handmade product) and my vision, deeply connected with Granada traditions, and flamenco aesthetic. Right now we are studying the competitors (as you can see in the attachments) and soon we will be ready to move to the next phases.
