The first part of my Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs experience has been extremely meaningful, both professionally and personally. During these months, I had the opportunity to immerse myself in a new working environment, observe different approaches to cultural and creative entrepreneurship, and better understand the dynamics behind managing a project with a strong social and artistic identity.
My cooperation with my Host Entrepreneur, Cecilia, has been very positive and inspiring from the beginning. Working alongside her has allowed me to learn not only practical and organisational aspects related to project management, communication and community engagement, but also the importance of approaching work with empathy, passion and authenticity. Cecilia has shown me how a cultural project can become a real space for connection, inclusion and human exchange, and this has deeply influenced my perspective on the future development of Mousiké – L’Insieme delle Arti.
One of the most valuable aspects of this experience has been the possibility to compare ideas, share visions and reflect on how to adapt my project to make it more sustainable and impactful within my local community in Naples. Observing different methods of organisation and audience engagement has given me new inspiration and practical tools that I hope to implement once I return to Italy.
At the same time, this experience is helping me grow on a personal level. Living and working in an international context is teaching me to be more adaptable, confident and open-minded. It is also strengthening my communication skills and my ability to collaborate with people coming from different cultural and professional backgrounds.
So far, everything is going very well, and I feel extremely grateful for the opportunity to be part of this programme. As the project continues, I believe some aspects of Mousiké may naturally evolve thanks to what I am learning during this exchange, especially regarding community involvement, cultural accessibility and the creation of collaborative artistic spaces.
This experience is confirming how important it is to create places where art, literature and music can become accessible tools for participation, expression and collective growth.
