It’s hard to believe that three months have already gone by—time is truly flying, and the days seem to pass in the blink of an eye. This exchange experience has already proven to be incredibly rich, both professionally and personally. I feel very fortunate to be part of such a dynamic and meaningful program, which is helping me grow on many levels.
This past week, Eleonora and I traveled to Milan to attend a tourism fair. It was a fantastic opportunity not only to discover new accessible service providers and innovative solutions but also to observe how Eleonora approaches prospecting and networking. I was particularly impressed by her confidence, her clarity when presenting her vision, and her ability to inspire people around her. Her energy and charisma are contagious, and I found myself learning a great deal just by watching her interact with others. She has a natural ability to connect, to motivate, and to bring people together around a shared mission—which is both inspiring and educational for me.
Beyond the business side, it was also a time to share meaningful moments and dive deeper into our personal and professional journeys. We spoke about our respective backgrounds, our motivations, and the challenges we’ve faced along the way. These exchanges were incredibly enriching and helped reinforce a strong foundation of trust and collaboration between us. I’m grateful for these more intimate and honest conversations, which add real depth to this experience.
This exchange is helping me gain clarity on the new direction I want to take with my professional path. It’s also opening my eyes to potential future collaborations, and to new, creative ways of building an inclusive, impact-driven network that aligns with my values. I feel more confident in my ideas and more equipped to structure them with intention.

In terms of the program’s objectives, I absolutely feel they are being met. I am gaining practical tools and concrete skills, expanding my network across Europe, and refining my vision with more alignment, ambition, and purpose.
Overall, the first half of this exchange has already exceeded my expectations. I am deeply grateful for the journey so far and look forward to everything that the second half will bring.
