The first half of my stay abroad has been a very valuable experience. I feel integrated into the Host Entrepreneur’s organisation and I have been involved in tasks related to community work, youth projects, and organisational development. This exchange is helping me reflect deeply on my own entrepreneurial goals, particularly in relation to setting up my own NGO.
One significant challenge during this period has been a phase of organisational instability within the host organisation. While this created some uncertainty, it also offered an unexpected learning opportunity. Observing how organisations navigate governance challenges, communication breakdowns, and decision-making under pressure has been extremely instructive and relevant to my future work as an entrepreneur. Despite these circumstances, my collaboration with the HE and other staff and volunteers has remained strong, with regular communication and continued learning.
The objectives of the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme are being met, and in many aspects exceeded. I am gaining practical insights into leadership, community engagement, project coordination, and organisational structures that go beyond my initial expectations. Lately I have been involved in developing and facilitating group workshops for international and local highschool students; creating digital content for educational and marketing purposes; attending staff, board, and member meetings; participating in the evaluation processes for past projects; and outreach efforts to reach broader audiences.

For the remainder of the exchange, continuity and clarity will be important: maintaining open communication with the HE and IO will help ensure that the learning objectives remain aligned with the programme’s framework. No major adjustments are needed at this stage, it is important to just staying flexible and responsive to any changes the come up.
Overall, the experience so far has been both professionally and personally rewarding, strengthening my confidence and refining my vision for my future entrepreneurial path.
