Reflecting on the first half of my Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs experience, I can confidently say that the program has provided me with both valuable knowledge and a highly supportive environment. From the very beginning, I was warmly welcomed, guided through the structure of my work, and offered all the necessary conditions to feel comfortable and productive in the office. So far, my overall experience has been very positive. I dedicate four days per week to working in the office and keep Fridays for online work, This rhythm allows me to complete all assigned tasks on time, though occasionally some assignments can feel challenging – which is, in fact, part of the learning process. I have discovered that the right amount of challenge motivates me to grow and pushes me to adopt a more realistic perspective on entrepreneurship.
In terms of concrete outcomes, I have gained practical skills in market research, business plan development, and critical assessment of entrepreneurial projects. Among the most relevant projects, I am currently preparing a business plan for CryptoWay, a solution designed to facilitate crypto-based payments. In addition, I have already contributed to few other business plans, including those for tools such as Scheduler Assistant, Profiler, and Conversational Agent. Each of these experiences has provided me with an opportunity to test and improve my analytical thinking, structuring of ideas, and ability to align innovative concepts with realistic business frameworks.
One significant milestone during this first half of the exchange was our joint submission for a grant. This event highlighted the practical side of entrepreneurial work – bridging ideas with external opportunities for funding. Importantly, there have been no conflicts or difficulties in collaboration. On the contrary, the atmosphere has been both professional and friendly. My colleagues and I maintain a constructive relationship where we exchange knowledge: sometimes they share expertise I am not yet familiar with, and in other cases, I can contribute insights from my own perspective. This mutual exchange enriches the experience far beyond what I had initially expected.
As for the program objectives, I strongly believe they are being met. The experience directly contributes to my entrepreneurial development by offering me skills that I can apply in real life, while also exposing me to the challenges of turning abstract ideas into concrete, viable projects. The structure of the exchange is effective, and I do not currently see a need for major adjustments. The supportive environment, combined with consistent exposure to real projects, creates exactly the kind of training ground that the program promises.
Looking ahead, my focus for the remainder of the exchange is to complete the CryptoWay business plan, refine my skills in financial and strategic planning, and continue deepening my knowledge of market dynamics in the fields we are working on. I also aim to contribute to at least one more collaborative project, ensuring that the knowledge I gain continues to be balanced by the value I add to my host organization.
In summary, the first half of my stay has been both productive and inspiring. It has provided me with the tools, context, and support to grow as an entrepreneur, while also allowing me to actively contribute to the goals of the host company. I am confident that the second half will bring further progress and even stronger results.
