Now that I have completed half of my Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs exchange, I can say that this experience has been very valuable. Working with an experienced entrepreneur has helped me understand how to manage and grow a digital business. I have learned a lot about strategic planning, daily operations, and how to improve my own company.
My time abroad it is been exciting and refreshing. I have improved my skills in web design, SEO optimization, and user experience while also learning new techniques that will help me in the future.
About what significant events and achievements I am living while been abroad:
I have worked on several real projects, which has given me practical experience in client management, project planning, and digital strategies. Seeing the progress of my work has been very motivating.
At the beginning, it was difficult to adapt to a different work culture and way of doing business. I also had to find a balance between learning and making a useful contribution to my host entrepreneur’s business. However, these challenges have helped me improve my problem-solving and time management skills.
The main goals such as learning new skills, exchanging knowledge, and building an international network are being achieved. I have learned practical ways to run a successful digital business, developed an entrepreneurial mindset, and expanded my professional connections. This experience has strengthened my ambition to grow Nube Viva into an actual company that provides high-quality digital solutions for SMEs.
For the second half of this experience I will like to improve some things like:
Take on More Responsibility: Now that I understand the business better, I want to be more involved in decision-making. For example, by suggesting improvements for ongoing projects or taking the lead on specific tasks related to web design and digital strategy.
Learn More About the Market: I plan to research trends in digital marketing and web design to keep Nube Viva competitive.
Improve My Client Interaction Skills: Working more directly with customers will help me learn how to build strong relationships and offer better services.
Expand My Network: I want to connect with more professionals and attend events to create future opportunities.
During the first half of my exchange, I have gained valuable insights that are helping me grow professionally and personally.
