My name is Zofia, and I’ve always been passionate about communication, especially the kind that is inclusive and helps foster healthier patterns of communication within society. I believe that through communication, we can help level the playing field for those who face greater challenges from the start: ethnic, economic, and health-related minorities. I also believe that sports and shared activities help overcome these barriers and can significantly improve the quality of life and relationships for many people. That’s why I’m thrilled about the Fuerte Tribu project, which combines all the values I live by.”

I’ve finished the studies in area of communication and branding/marketing. I’m particularly focused on building expertise in marketing and digital marketing, as I believe these areas offer vast opportunities to connect with people in meaningful ways. My interests span beyond just marketing, as I’m passionate about projects that have a social impact, and I believe business can play a powerful role in this. In Fuerte Tribu I have a chance to be a part of very impactful social programs for example: surfing for people with disabilities, surfing for children with less opportunities etc.

Building the inclusive communication is the key of promoting such organization/company. Thanks to cooperation with Surf Tribu, I can develop my skills like surfing, which challenges me physically and mentally. My spanish language has growned to the other level, only in 3 weeks as I aim to immerse myself in Spanish-speaking cultures.

I decided to participate in EYE after speaking with friends who had completed the program and highly recommended it. For a while, I’ve been interested in working abroad to understand how diverse approaches in business, especially in marketing, can drive positive growth in communities. I wanted to co work with people with different culture background – I am working with Argentinans and Italians, which allows me to see how build the right communication also inside the company.
