I have a background in tourism management and a strong academic and professional interest in developing innovative, sustainable, and experience-based tourism models. Over time, I have focused my attention on areas such as sustainable tourism development, sports tourism, and experiential travel design, as I believe these fields represent the future of the tourism industry. I am particularly interested in how tourism can move beyond traditional mass-market approaches and instead create meaningful, high-quality experiences that benefit both travelers and local communities.

My main academic and professional interests include international tourism operations, destination management, tourism marketing, and customer experience design. I am especially motivated by the way tourism businesses design and deliver services that shape the overall travel experience. I am very interested in how activities such as tennis, fitness, and other sports can be integrated into tourism products to create unique, high-value travel experiences that combine leisure, lifestyle, and cultural interaction.

In addition to sports tourism, I am also deeply interested in sustainability within the tourism industry. I strongly believe that future tourism development must balance economic growth with environmental protection and social responsibility. I am also interested in how digital communication tools, social media, and international marketing strategies influence the way destinations and tourism businesses position themselves in a highly competitive global market.

Another important area of interest for me is intercultural communication and international cooperation. I actively follow Erasmus+ projects and similar initiatives because I see them as powerful platforms for knowledge exchange, innovation, and collaboration across countries.
My motivation for participating in the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme is strongly connected to my desire to gain real, hands-on entrepreneurial experience in an international environment. While my academic background has provided me with strong theoretical knowledge, I am now eager to apply this knowledge in a real business context.

A key reason for my participation is my ambition to deepen my expertise in sports tourism and experiential travel management through direct professional involvement. Another important motivation is my goal of expanding my international perspective. This experience will help me understand global tourism dynamics more deeply and prepare me for future international entrepreneurial activities.
