After two weeks in my exchange, I’m finally starting to land in this new chapter of my life. When I first arrived, I was a bit nervous — everything felt unfamiliar, from the environment to the routine to the people around me. I wasn’t sure how quickly I would adapt or if I would find my place here. But with each day, I felt myself slowly relaxing into the rhythm. Now I can feel my body and mind settling in, becoming more comfortable, and starting to flow with the pace of life here.

A bit about me: my passions circle around caring for nature, biodiversity, and mothers. I have a deep interest in supporting women as a doula, understanding natural healing, and finding ways to live in harmony with the earth. I want to create spaces where people feel connected, inspired, and taken care of. That’s the heart of my social enterprise and the heart of my journey.

I first heard about the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs program from a friend who did the exchange before me. Listening to her experience made something light up inside me. I felt curious and excited — and also like it was the perfect moment to step into something new. I wanted to live abroad, to learn from other cultures and lifestyles, and to let different ways of thinking inspire me. This program felt like the right doorway to walk through.

Even in just these first two weeks, I already feel how important this experience is becoming for me. I’m grateful that I still have five months ahead — it feels like enough time to really grow, explore, and shape my ideas with intention. What makes me especially happy is that what I’m doing here feels meaningful. It meets my need to contribute, to learn, to create, and to be part of something real.

I can sense that this exchange will support me not just as an entrepreneur, but as a person. I’m gaining new perspectives, feeling new emotions, and allowing myself to be changed by this environment. I feel open, curious, and excited for what is coming next — and I’m ready to grow with it.
